well i got a dna test for my mom on ancestry and got the raw dna from ancestry and uploaded it to gedmatch. her results on gedmatch are somewhat different than her ancestry ones. which one is more accurate/reliable?
It's not really a matter of accuracy, it depends on the sample groups and how your personal DNA matches them. Because each company uses different sample groups and different ways of categorizing ethnicities, the results are going to be different. It doesn't necessarily mean one is more accurate than the other - according to each sample group, they are both accurate. If you can share the results with us, we might be able to give you more insight into what the differences might mean.
That looks like it's from Eurogenes K36? Eurogenes K36 is focused more on deep ancestry, while AncestryDNA is focused on more recent ancestry. They are analyzing the DNA in different ways, it doesn't mean one is more accurate than the other. Try reading up a little on Eurogenes K36 to better understand what the results are telling you.

Well, either way, results that include early farmers vs hunter gathers will be about deep ancestry. You can read more about it here: Magnus Ducatus Lituaniae Project

what about eurogenes k13?
also when i clicked oracle 4, and saw the results of the populations squares mode, turkmen seems to show up quite often and i'm pretty sure my mom doesn't have any turkmen ancestry. i understand why Karitiana shows up since the eurogenes database probably has the most dna samples from that amerindian ethnicity/tribe/group. I already prior to this test she probably had at least some amerindian ancestry(most likely from at least one of the tribes that the spanish and the aztec/mexica would refer to as the chichimecas)
The ethnicity percentages are not necessarily a reflection of recent ancestry. Often, they are a more ancient component. For example, at FTDNA, they put me at 17% Middle Eastern. I have no Middle Eastern ancestors in my extensive tree... but I do have Sicilian ancestors and it's quite common for people with Mediterranean DNA to come up Middle Eastern, because the two groups are very similar genetically.
