I would go for it. You only live once but put away a little money for bus fare incase things dont work out or you decide to move back to ca.

One thing you also need to think about. One of those "what ifs". lol What if you get down there, living good, and your cousin lost his job or was transferred somewhere else. Then all of a sudden you have to find your own place, unless you can pick up his rent or house payment. Everybody's talking about getting out of where you are, but you gotta think ahead about what if something like this happened. Just sayin'!
