I am a single female in my 30's relocating to WPB due to a new job. I would appreciate any advise from all of you who are familiar with the area. I have done some research and there are areas that I would not need to get close to. As a professional I make a nice income so I could afford something nice, would like to live by the ocean and close to nightlife. Living in a safe area, were I can hang out with educated neighbors would be the ideal. Preferable commute to work not longer than 30 minutes. Heard that traffic can get pretty bad but I am assuming not as bad as Atlanta
Any suggestions?
