Well i sprayed the oven and ill scrub it today. Ill clean the inside of the fridge today too.
I replaced the outlet covers and the chain latch too. I also spackled 2 of the 3 holes (which i have never done ). I bought some blinds to replace the broken ones but got the wrong size. Ill need to return those today.
We need to take apart the furniture, do the last minute dishes, and load up the van. We will have to come back to clean and paint. Hoping to do that Sunday. Loading the UHAUL Saturday with furniture.
** After Friday I wont be back online until mid next week when they come to turn on the net.
Last time I moved, I had over 52 boxes, - for one person - so you are doing well.
A lot of my boxes were papers, projects I worked on, articles I saved.
Last nite a friend persuaded me to put to the curb a box of GED (Graduate Equivalency Degree) I had accumulated when I taught. In the middle of the nite, after a severe storm and a lot of rain, I woke up thinking-
oh no, it was a mistake, I should go get it.

We have a total for 5 people, 4 dogs and 1 cat in a 2bdrm 1 bath apartment:
40 boxes, 6 baskets and the rest is furniture.
We have had a TON of trash so thats why only 40 boxes. the baskets are clothes. Tomorrow we will take apart the furniture and pack up the food in the fridge.

As for last day ellenrr:
I kept a few boxes open- like the bathroom box so i can get soap, etc. Same with kitchen. The food will go into a basket.
Now i will say I thought " hey im going to label every box and have a fancy label system" but because we dont have that much stuff, it would have been a waste. We dont have enough kitchen stuff to need a fancy kitchen label. We have a few boxes that have misc things in them.

The relocube was dropped off yesterday. We loaded up some things yesterday afternoon and will finish loading it today. Tomorrow morning at 4 AM, we hit the road!
Well, we got down here over the weekend. But didn't hear about the truck. Called them. Seems that they are backed up on deliveries of trucks and ramps, gonna be next week getting the truck here. Oh, well, just spent the day at the beach. Gee, such a hard way to wait. LOL
Whew! Mowed today. It finally cooled off enough to do it. We've been having Florida weather, hot and humid. I see it as acclimation training for the move.
