If the moving expenses are "qualified" the reimbursement isn't subject to tax and your employer has handled it wrong. You need to talk to your HR/Payroll department and get them to fix it.
We've done A LOT of company moves with different companies, very few have done as yours is doing but after trying to fight with xxxxx about it for months I gave up. Most companies will not declare it as income but now and again some jerk decides that it's better to punish a new employee and you get screwed.
