Any help would be greatly appreciated. I currently have a driver's license depicting the address of my current CT apartment, I would like to change my driver's license address to reflect the CT address that I am moving to. I do not have a vehicle at the moment, so while completing the Change of Address formB-58, http://www.ct.gov/dmv/lib/dmv/B-58.pdf, I do not have any vehicle/registration information to provide. My concern is that the form seems to imply that such information is required if I would like to change the address on my driver's license.
My question is: Is it possible to change the address on your driver's license even if you do not have a vehicle? May I simply mail the form with only my address information completed and leaving all vehicle information incomplete?
Thank you in advance for any assistance anyone may provide.
In the very first section of the form, just check the box for "Operator's License". Leave the "M V Registration" box unchecked. Lots of people have a license, but no vehicle in their name. (Think teenagers, etc)

Thank you so much. That is exactly what I was thinking but it seemed odd that they did not include "if applicable" or anything to that meaning.
