Moving away and want mover recommendations (moving company, truck, furniture, garage)

I am moving out of Florida to Alabama (to bad weather) and prefer to have a moving company do the move, rather than a DIY move. Neither do I want to load a truck to be picked up and driven. So with this in mind -
1. Have you had good experiences with a moving company that you would want to recommend and,
2. Do you have tips for a reasonable ball park cost or a strategy for evaluating proposals?
Details-
Three bedrooms, boxes already packed in garage, minimal furniture in house, 7 hour drive.
