What type of items do you leave vs bring with you when you move when it comes to all things outside. For example, lawn mower, bird baths, fancy stepping stones, potted container plants, lawn chairs, grill, etc. Not that I'm wanting to waste money and rebuy these things after I move, but most items are heavy so would it be better to leave them? Anyone have experience with this?
It has pointed out is matter of replacements cost versus moving. Most of those things listed we moved. Ornamental parts of lawn that were movable and we wanted; we specified they were not part of sale.

We usually have that worked out before - we have something like "lawn care equipment, decor, hoses, and more can convey for right buyer" or something.
It's a lot of trouble to move things like that.
We usually take our speciality tools or vintage tools.
Move it, just like you would with any of your other possessions.
Lowest OVERALL cost option.
