I agree with the 2 hours estimate, but only if all of your stuff will easily fit into the truck.

I work for a nationwide moving labor company. There are way too many variables to say with any certainty. Our average is 4.2 hours for a load on a 26' truck however some loads can take 2 hours others more than 8. That being said, with the information the OP gave regarding the preparedness I would think normally it should be a quicker load than normal.

Weather, proximity, how well they are packed if at all, stairs, large items, unique items, crew size, functionality of the truck (liftgate/ramp), need to disassemble any item are just a few reasons it can vary so much.

I didn't end up hiring anybody to load. My father in law and I packed the truck full. It took us 4 hours. A lot of the time was spent figuring out how to stack all the awkward stuff that wouldn't fit in boxes.

Give it a day. What's the hurry? If you have to plan down to the hour, you're doing it the wrong way; there's way too much risk involved and the cost of extending the plan in time is low compared to your potential economic regret when fate intervenes.

jakabedy, Meemur, and katie45 are closest in my professional opinion, saying 1.5-2 hours.

If everything will be disassembled, packed and in the garage five feet from the truck, then two good movers should be able to get it loaded in about 2 hours based on what I've seen (after having personally booked 1,000+ completed moving labor orders and working for HireAHelper moving labor marketplace for 6 years now).

Here's a handy guide in-case anyone else is wondering how many movers they need for how many hours:
