Try this guy - he hauls all over the country. Transported a Ram 3500 CC dually w/utility bed from AZ to TX for me earlier this year with excellent comms.

Yeah - I used them to find the guy I referred - but they have to pay them a percentage of any jobs they get, so if you can go direct you can USUALLY save about 10-15%.
