I just got back home early this morning from Texas with my family from my trip to the South.

Just for now (and I will explain later) I saw neat little towns in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississsippi. I saw Vicksburg, Natchez in Mississippi, Baton Rouge, Vacherie and New Orleans in Louisiana. And the final place I stopped in was Corpus Christi, Texas.

Unfortunately I didn't get to see too much of New Orleans, but I still saw the Confederate Civil War Museum there, and I briefly saw the French Quarter, but I think it scared my parents so we left early.

On the plus side I went to see Vicksburg National Military Park, The Myrtles Plantation and the Oak Alley Plantation. I also met a fair lot of friendly people on the way.
