Tijuana Flats started out in my metro but has spread to other states due to its popularity.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice - Frozen Desserts - Italian Ice, Gelatis, & Soft Serve is a place only found in metro Orlando. There are only 3 locations, but its very popular. Best Italian ice swirled in ice cream I've ever had. Voted Orlando's best desert.

Dexter's Restaurants is also a popular local upscale chain with only three locations

Keller's Real Smoked Bar-B-Q is another local chain that has three locations
