I guess I don't understand why you wouldn't want to live in Arizona now. Nothing has really changed, and for the uninformed, even if the law had passed completely, things still wouldn't have changed from the way things were done before.
Try not to buy into the far left or right on this illegal immigration issue. People get along just as fine in AZ as they do anywhere else regardless of whether they are white, black, Hispanic, Native American, gay, straight, etc.
Well my opinion has always been that people should come here legally and want to buy into the culture, so I understand the animosity towards illegal immigrants who come here and want to continue to do things like they did in their old countries.(DISCLAIMER: this is an opinion and in no way meant to start a discussion on (il)legal immigrants)
However, I wouldn't want to be harassed simply because some cop(s) thought I looked like an immigrant, whether the law changed anything or not.

The whole northeastern part of Arizona is all native american towns. That is where you want to go if you want to see one. And im talking about these areas being 95% + native american.
Is there a charge to see them? Are they in their native habitat, and are we allowed to feed them?
Tall people. I want more tall people around. I'm tired of everything being made too low--furniture, doorknobs, sinks, airline and train seats... I want to live in an entire town made for tall people.
Oh give me a break. I'm not a FOX watcher. I lived in Tucson from late '92-last year. Although we disagree on the topic of illegal immigration, I have friends (both straight and gay) who live in AZ who aren't "legal". I live in Phoenix now. I think you need to quit reading the stupid Fitzsimmons cartoons in the Arizona Daily Star.
Midgets. Lots of really short people. Nobody over four and a half feet tall need apply. They don't take up a lot of space or use a lot of natural resources. Yet, they'll bring in much needed tax dollars from DC with the increase in the population.
A huge demographic of people I would add would be a population that gets their news from the likes of NPR, PBS or BBC. When the news isn't driven by commercial interests / advertisers / the bottom line, more often tends to reflect the truth.
More natives especially Caddo. Australian aborigines would be nice too. Moderator cut: see comment
