"I must be at a place that:
- Isn't ruined by drugs
- Has low property tax (less than $1K)
- Decent economy and amenities for its size (not looking for anything like Branson)
- Has a white majority
- Doesn't get a lot of crime
- Has a good-sized lake (preferrably a less crowded one)
- Leans republican
- Can be a good place to bug out during a war
- Has some of the most freedom in America (at least when it comes to gun laws and property regulation)"
