This test is stupid (but fun), they gave me the 43% Dixie. My answers were 1)the beach 2)buggy 3)very big 4)way over there 5)I'm getting ready to go 6)surrup 7)A 9)A 10)A 11)A 12)A 13)A 14)humdinger (I never used any of these choices) 15)really well 16)milkshake 17)cut the grass 18)The faucet 19)Monday 20)inSURance. A lot of these phrases are throwback words. They had spigot down as Southern but I knew a guy from Philadelphia who used this word all the time (just saying). Does anyone use humdinger? I don't use any of #14.

I don't know anyone who uses any of the #14 ones, so I just picked one lol It is a fun quiz but I agree it is silly.

9 recent posts were deleted. Stop the personal attacks or the thread gets closed. In 2007-8, this was a fun thread... try to keep it that way.

49% Dixie. Barely in Yankeedom.

Most of the answers I just randomly picked one. I don't pronounce water, oil, Monday, syrup like any of the choices, but I had to choose one and I guess they were all southern sounding.
