I would think Nevada and Alaska might be two states with high "turnover" rates. Nevada I kind of see as a bit transient. In the case of Alaska I think many people like the idea of Alaska, I do, but the reality of actually living there is either harder than they thought or just too different from what they thought.
If you ask again next year or the year after, you will probably have what you want as migration studies will be done after the census data is processed.
