Obviously, America is race sensitive, but though the Americans of the 1770`s were fighting the BRITISH, ( most redcoats were actually German), the Americans thought of themselves as Englishmen fighting for fairness and liberty, ( as Robin Hood). That's why Benjamin Franklyn looked at Germans, Italians, ect: as foriegners, he wanted the new US as a new broader, more democratic England, ( the one back home was enslaved to class and poverty). I am not saying the US is superficial, but American democracy is just an improvement of earlier British democracy, even way back to the Magna-Carta .That's why Americans ( quite rightly) should have the right to bare arms. Anything other than that is Un-American and before that Un British/Irish. Its in the old American DNA that they perceive the true Americans as similar to the ones pre- revolutionary, ( Germans, Dutch-included), that's why Jews, Italians, Russians, Koreans, Spanish, Greeks ect: , I guess more in the South have this view ( as they are mostly British Isles descent) are not recognised as real Americans, as they are not like the original pioneers and not the same religion. My guess is that those who wish to ban the right to bare arms are not rooted to America pre- 1800

Ashkenazi Jews are considered white by everyone except Neo-Nazis, Middle Eastern people are considered their own race by most, and Latinos come in all type of racial backgrounds but most people lump them into to one category presumably due to shared culture.

Hispanics/Latinos can be of any race. But the vast majority of them are mixed, despite half self identifying as white on the US census when they are obviously mixed, must be some type of self hatred with some of em. Ive heard that by the 2020 census, Hispanic would be considered its own race not a ethnicity, which is stupid if you ask me, the good that would come outta this tho is that mixed Hispanics wont ignorantly identify as white on the census. Caribbean Hispanics (Dominicans, Puerto Ricans, & to a lesser extant Cubans) are usually mixed Mulatto or Tri-racial, usually having heavy amounts of white European/North African and black West African ancestry with smaller amounts of Taino Native American ancestry too, these countries are very African influenced. Mexicans, & Hispanics from Central & South America are usually mixed Mestizo or straight up native, having large amounts of native american and european ancestry. However Panama & Colombia do have small amounts of black mixed in with the mestizo, and Argentina is very white. Similar to the US, Latin America was settled by white Europeans (Spain) starting in the 1600s. However, unlike in English & French colonies, in the Spanish & Portuguese colonies, the white settlers heavily intermixed with the African slaves and native american indians, thats why theres a more mixed appearance in most Hispanis compared to plain ol white or black in America, this has to due with the way they set up their colonies and their pre-familarity with other groups.
Arabs are considered white by the census, tho ive heard talks that people from the Middle East & North Africa would be considered there own race on the 2020 census, called MENA. They are a very dark "type of white" and mostly muslim, compared to the lighter mostly christian Europeans, aaaaaaand we alll know how America has a phobia against muslims lol.
Jews is a religious group. if your refering to Isrealis and white Sephardic jews from Isreal, they are definetly white, they have a similar look to Greeks and Italians, aside from their Jewish clothes and long sideburn curls.
