Which city would be considered “cultural capital of United States”?
    1. Washington D.C.
    2. New York
    3. San Francisco
    4. Boston
I think that Boston would be cultural capital of US because the city is one of the oldest. Maybe NYC ? What do you think ?
I can select more than one.

(Sorry for mistakes)

I would say New York City and perhaps Los Angles and San Fran.
NY for a new comer is complete culture shock.
I have never been to L.A. But it seems very Hip
Boston is a very beautifull city.

It depends on what you consider American culture

NYC is in many ways an extreme as might be MS - Chicago or even a Houston or Dallas may be closer to the mid point of American culture

The Coasts have more extremes but still very much American culture

In many ways i have always thought Chicago may be the blend of things Americana

I think there's more than one, but if were forced to choose only one, it would be NYC.

By today's standards of "cultural" is whatever words come out of a rappers mouth or what he is wearing. I notice a lot of rappers live down south. ludacris, lil john, lil wayne, ect....

This one required some thinking; I couldn't decide between Fargo, North Dakota, and New York City. But after some intense thought I chose the latter.

We are too multicultural to pick one and declare that it is representative. No way Boston represents the US culturally
