which city, skyline, downtown is greatest(it doesn't have to be the poll cities, post any city as greatest). which would be your opinion on the most lively downtown, the nicest skyline, the overall best city. post pictures so everyone can see the nicest skylines, and lively downtowns.
Center city in Philadelphia...not as overwhelming as Manhattan but a very similiar feel and access to theatre,shops,restaurants and other amenities; plus it is very walkable and has pedestrian friendly areas, including many pocket parks and public art/sculptures.
I hate to pee on the corn flakes, but this is a VERY old thread, and since that time there are TONS of new and very similar skyscraper-themed threads in the city vs city room. Please go there to check them out, but please read the posting guidelines in the room sticky there before creating anything new.
