I don't dish it out. If that is the best you can do so far, maybe you should grow up a bit. Not all northerners stereotype Southerners either. I really don't give a crap what you personally think of the North, I was just pointing out where you were dead wrong.

FYI I dont mind a lot of areas up North. I like to visit the cities and my Uncle has a place in Bushwood Maryland that is easily as relaxed and peaceful as the rural South. However I have heard a lifetime of BS from Northerners about the region where I live. Im sick of it. What I said in this thread pales in comparison to what Ive heard people say about the south.

So you lash out like a child? That will dispel some of those stereotypes . All you are doing, if that is really your motivation, is feeding more ammunition to the morons on BOTH sides.

It (the north) is polluted. Many more people in greater density, much more industry, and the smog can get bad with all the concrete and skyscrapers. I also dont know how this can be debated.

Oh yeah? What about all the toxic oil refineries around Houston and the coast of Texas ? And all the toxic chemical factories around Baton Rouge LA ? Some of the highest cancer rates in the country are found in those places. And "good old boy corruption" prevents any attempt to clean it up.

And did you ever hear of crippling "brown lung" disease, resulting from workmen (and young children) breathing moist cotton lint in the Carolina textile factories?

What about the asbestos scandal that crippled so many workmen in the world's largest shipbuilding plant, in Newport News (Virginia)? And the "Kepone" toxic chemical plant scandal in Hopewell, Virginia? Do a google search for more details about these.

Wow, mature. I guess I'll just put you on my ignore list then. That is where those who show themselves to be foolish children belong, so I don't have to read their ridiculous/trollish posts.
