Ahh...you forgot a couple in Westbury that folks will never hear about but based on citi-data for median incomes for 2009:
Birchwood Knolls - $129,714
Sherwood Gardens - $118,747
West Jericho - $118,204
Village on the Green - $114,278
The Hedges - $108,194
all in northern Westbury and predominately African-American/minority....we doexist...
There is a census tract(303900) in between the Jericho Turnpike and the Northern State Parkway in Westbury that is 46.8% Black out of 4084 people that has/had a median household income of $117,833($131,027 for Black households, 10-14 info). Census block group 303900-4 is 71.4% Black out of about 1000 people and has/had a median household income of $138,315($139,837 for Black households). I believe that it is the second most affluent predominantly Black census block group in NYS.
Also, in adjacent New Cassel(Westbury Schools), census block group 304202-1 is 74.6% Black out of about 500 people, has/had a median household income of $103,438($153,250 for Black households). This block group is in a census tract just south of census tract 304203, which is 52.2% Black out of 5,689 people and has a median household income of $88,712($89,417 for Black Households).

Another NY/Long Island place not mentioned is Lakeview. It is NY State's Blackest place(it is a Census Designated Place aka CDP) at about 71.62% out of 6,357 people. Its median household income is $117,292($116,250 for Black households). Census block group 406202-4 is 80.3% Black with 1,785 people has a median household income of $140,331. Block group 406202-1 just north of it is 84.9% Black with 2,244 people and has a median household income of $125,343($126,838 for Black households). Block group 406202-3 is 80.9% Black with 1220 people and has/had a median household income of $158,625($157,875 for Black households) and I believe is the most affluent predominantly Black block group in the state.

Another thing, a lot of the shine in this regard goes to Princes George's County in regards to MD, but keep an eye on Charles County MD. It is 41.6% Black out of about 151,000 people and has the highest Black median household income in the state at $85,406($91,910 for the county, $91,756 for the D.C. Metro and $74,149 for MD according to 2010-2014 census info).
Waldorf, a CDP in the county with about 71,358 people, is 54.57% Black(10-14 info) and has a Black median household income of $82,548($84,809 for the CDP).
Its median household is $67,913($68,327 for Black households, $59,175 for the DFW metro and $52,576 for TX, 2010-2014 info) and it has about 47,000 people(about 52.3% Black). From 2000 up to the 2010-2014 info, it has grown by 44.62%.
Its most affluent predominantly Black area is census block group 016514-3, which has/had a median household income of $91,172. That block group is about 54% Black out of about 4100 people. It is in the northern end of the city.

DeSoto, an adjacent Best Southwest community, is about 69% Black out of about 51,000 people. Its median household income is/was $56,911($57,546 for Black households). Census tract 016617 has/had a median household income of $102,344 and 65% Black out of about 4700 people. There are 2 block groups out of the 3 in that tract that are predominantly Black and have 6 figure median household incomes. There is another such block group with 3 others with median household incomes in the mid/high 90,000's. All of these are located in western DeSoto next to Cedar Hill.

While not predominantly Black, Flossmoor IL is more Black in plurality at 47.64% Black and has/had a median household income of $100,373($98,526 for Black households). Census block group 829800-4 is 54.4% Black with 1100 people and has/had a median household income of $137,955($126,875 for Black households).
