Detroit has a few wealthy neighborhoods right by 8 MileI think. Don't know anything about them though.
For Detroit, the neighborhoods detroitlove mentioned are the neighborhoods you are talking about. Lathrop Village in the Detroit suburbs might be a good example, but it might be even between Blacks and Whites.

Cleveland has parts of Bedford and Shaker Heights, among some other places.

Prince Georges county consistently claims to be the wealthiest black majority county in the country. However, it's also considered to be the most dangerous suburb, having the worst schools, and even the applebees has to hire off duty cops (who are then shot and killed) to provide security at night. Large retail won't touch the area because of how crappy it is. You can buy a nice house on the potomac for 400K, where the same house across the river in VA will cost you 3-4 times the amount. The pinnacle of black society is literally as bad as it gets for the burbs around here.

The West Augusta area is majority white but there's a couple of middle class to wealthy majority black neighborhoods..

The neighborhood who comes to mind fairly quickly is Belair Hills Estates.. Alot of the highly paid black professionals in Augusta live there.. The neighborhood is huge and the majority of homes prices range from $300k to $700k.. I would say Belair Hills Estates is probably about 90% black.....

Man PG is divided by the beltway...go outside the beltway and you're in a good neigborhood from Montgomery county to VA...Stay inside the beltway and your in a potentially "bad" neighborhood from Riverdale to Oxon hill....But all in all stop complaining like a.......

What? What about Mt. Airy and some of the adjacent neighborhoods in Philadelphia? I believe some suburbs might fit too.

In the Pittsburgh area, some neighborhoods in the Eastern suburbs seem to be solidly middle class.
