Hmmm, fair enough. The north obviously is colder, but boots and scarves into june, god. I've already been wearing shorts a month by then here down south.

Try Atlanta, specifically the Virginia-Highlands neighborhood, which is walkable and friendly with all the amenities of the big city nearby, but not in your face as they would be in a similar neighborhood ina big city.
