Theres a mix. The native Las Vegans meaning those who families have been out there since the beginning have the self described cowboy mentality and attitude.

The post 1940s Las Vegas transplants sound like a mix between NYers, Chicagoans, and Bostonians.

The post 2000s Las Vegas transplants sound like Californians (so a mix of NY, Chi, and Bos).

Most of Nevada, northern AZ, Inland California, Utah, etc. is pretty much 'country' as you call it, so of course there is going to be some of that influence in Las Vegas.

I bet there arent a hundred, not even a dozen, maybe not even one person in Las Vegas who is intelligent, educated, or articulate enough to sound like Bill Clinton.
