What is the smallest community with a college and is Wilberforce OH the smallest community with more than one college?

Look at Langston, Oklahoma. There is virtually nothing there but a college and a gas station.

Banner Elk, NC...population 811, home of Lees-McRae College.

Yeah, Langston and Wilberforce seem to be very similar and are pretty much the same size. In NY, small cities/villages like Canton, Potsdam, Oneonta, Plattsburgh, Ithaca and Geneva have more than one college.
