Rogers Park, Chicago as of now has more than 52 languages being spoken. It consists of 30% white( slavic immigrants), 30% black (including Islanders and Africans), 30% Spanish (mexican and south American), and 10% Asian (from main land to the islanders).

NYC with 270 languages as of 2005 and there is no majority race.
