Im talking about just city limits,but if you want say what you think is the most diverse metro.Its between New York City,Los Angeles,Chicago,Houston,and Philadelphia.Statisticly I think it would be between Chicago and NYC,but Im actually talkinga mix throughout the whole city.I've only been to Chicago,has anyone been to them all?
Out of the cities you put, it's NYC easily, followed by LA, Chicago, Houston, and last Philadelphia.
No one racial or ethnic group dominates NYC anymore, there's no majority part of the population, not even close to it. Everyone from all over to the world lives here. You name the country or ethnicity and we have it.
LA is good for Tacos and plastic women with bad boob jobs, but thats about it.

Rogers Park, Chicago as of now has more than 52 languages being spoken. It consists of 30% white( slavic immigrants), 30% black (including Islanders and Africans), 30% Spanish (mexican and south American), and 10% Asian (from main land to the islanders).
NYC with 270 languages as of 2005 and there is no majority race.
