I love Arizona. I love the Phoenix area. It's great and I've become familiar with the area and it's just everything I hoped for when moving... except...

There's jobs here. But not that great of jobs. Being fresh out of college, I can't say I can expect a super high paying job, but some of these jobs don't even pay decently for the amount I'd get payed.

Where in the "warm" areas of the United States are the decent paying jobs at?
Much of this will depend on your particular field.

But for starters, I'd check out the major Texas cities, Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Raleigh.

Unemployment Rates for States

Unemployment Rates for Metropolitan Areas

These are a couple months old. As you mentioned wanting warm some possibilities seem to include

Honolulu, Hawaii
Amarillo, Texas
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Lawton, Oklahoma
Houma-Bayou Cane-Thibodaux, Louisiana
College Station-Bryan, Texas
Lubbock, Texas
San Angelo, Texas
Santa Fe, New Mexico

Although Oklahoma and Northern Texas can get fairly cold in Winter.
