Philadelphia county assuredly has some of the most extreme of both wealth. Rittenhouse Square for rich, and as a contrast North Broad street, easily one of the poorest ghettos around, in some spots lacking even basic services like trash pickup.

The wealthiest in my area is probably Ocean City. The poorest is probably Snow hill. (Worcester county)

Just as I figured

Kanawha County, WV

Wealthiest part--- Charleston's South Hills (Med $95,000)

Poorest part--- Charleston's West Side (Med $22,000) but one area was (Med $12,000)
