What is the best way to decide what place would be the perfect place for you to live? Is there a good quiz or self-test or something like that would assist in finding the best location for you based on hobbies, job, climate, etc?

I've been trying to figure out where I might like to move in the future, but I'm having a very difficult time coming up with a place that sounds pretty good.

Try this site for fun.... www.****** asks you a bunch of questions and then recommends some locations for you...remember.......just for fun...but it just might point out something you like...

I guess they won't let you enter any web sites.... find your spot without the spaces and of course dot com after it...

Check out the Find Your Spot website. It's not scientific as mentioned above, but a tool to help you narrow perhaps. Coupled with this website and a couple of visits you should be well on your way. Good luck!

A second vote for the "Find Your Spot" website. I think you'll find this is a real asset in determining which areas offer most of the criteria on your list of potential relocation areas.

I just took the test myself and noted that the results of the test matched me to several areas that I have already considered. Therefore, I have to believe that the test itself is good at analyzing your interests and needs and then offers cities and towns that are indeed aligned with your living needs.

It's simple actually:

(1) Write down a list of top-10 things you're looking for in a place to live.

(2) Rank them in order of priority from most important to least important.

(3) Post it here.

This will show what you put most value on and will narrow things down considerably.

Yep--- find your spot dot com is the place to go for fun ideas to get you started. I actually did move to one of the towns it suggested for me. After 4 years it doesn't really float my boat anymore- but it was everything that the site said it was.
