For those metros that take up multiple states, especally where rivers serve as the borders, how many can you name where the "other side", the side not containing the main city, is outgrowing the dominant side? Can be either in actual numbers or percent
Two that come to mind are Memphis and Cincinnati.
2000 to 2010 population change
Memphis +110,896
TN +53,000 +0%
MS + 57,000 +38%
AR + 1,000 0%
Cincinnati +120,519
OH +69,519 + 4%
KY + 45,000 +14%
IN + 6,000 +7%
Does anyone have information on the Philadelphia, Tidewater/Hampton Roads, Louisville, Evansville, Omaha, Sioux Falls, Grand Forks, Twin Cities, El Paso and NYC metros in that regard?

An important note on Louisville 2000 to 2010 population growth... the Census eliminated one county (Scott Co IN). If you either don't count SC in 00 or do count it in 10 you would get the following for THE Ville
Louisville + 145,672
KY side +121,000; + 13%
IN side + 24,641, +10%
