Pro Football player Michael Vick is facing serious charges for allegedly being involved in some sort of illegal dog fighting activities. Yet people such as professional boxers, kick boxers etc., allowed to entertain the public and be paid. Many professional boxers have been killed in the ring and suffered severe injuries just like these dogs alledgedly have.

So, why is it that such a rage is being made about dogs fighting each other, and nothing is being said from organizations such as PETA, about human beings being killed for sport and profit?

Professional fights (boxing, kickboxing, MMA, etc.) are regulated by state sanctioning bodies. Only in rare instances is there no regulatory oversight.

I know that doesn't answer the question, but maybe that has something to do with it. Money could also be a huge factor as well.

...Beacuse humans rule the world, and being superior to animals, we have the ability to choose (in most cases) whether or not to beat each other to snot. Animals have no power to choose, they are just victims of our blood thirsty selves.

Because its the person's choice. If a dog said that he wanted to fight professionally I say by all means, go for it! I've yet to see it happen though...

This belongs in Sports.

In professional boxing most fights do not end as soon as someone has died. Unlike dog fighting.

Humans make the profits when they fight, they get the money, animals get nothing, only death or pain. Animals have their own reasons for being here, they not here for our "amusement".

It's a matter of consent. Animals can't give consent to be fighters, but grown adults can choose that path if that's what they want to do.

Grown adults also dont purposely starve themselves and then fight off the other fighter for a stake dinner.

Dogs are purposely starved so that they are more vicious in the fighting ring. They are fighting off the other dog for survival sake. Human fighting is not this.
