I voted you guys, but in general I unconsciously say "you all." Not y'all, but "you all." Sometimes I do say you guys though. I have never naturally said "y'all," "I'm fixin'," or anything other Southern pronunciations.
I live in Memphis but I actually hear both quite often. It seems common for people to use "y'all" when talking about an establishment, business, etc. Like if you went into a store and asked "Do y'all have _____?" You never use "you guys" in that context, you'd get labeled as as yankee right away. However, using "you guys" when talking to a group of people is not really that weird. If you say it with a Southern accent, you won't get labeled as a yankee.
Personally, I use "y'all" for both situations. "You guys" rarely comes out of my mouth, but I've heard some very Southern people use "you guys" regularly.

I would just say, "Do YOU have--------" Nothing more. That would also be the proper English form.

Who determines what is "proper English"? Language is constantly changing.
If I went into a pet store and asked "Do you have dogs?" They might think that I'm asking if they own dogs. That's why saying "y'all" or "you guys" makes more sense.
