Winter Park, FL
Vinings, GA
Brookhaven, GA
Coral Gables, FL
East Memphis, TN
Bellemeade, TN
Biltmore Forest, NC
Isle of Hope, GA

Bellevue (really its own city now) near Seattle. I prefer one of the poorer parts of the city to downtown Bellevue though.

best suburb is probably Beverly Hills, CA, La Jolla, CA, Greenwich, CT, multiple cities in Westchester, NY, or Alpine, NJ
worst suburb is probably Paterson, NJ or Compton, CA (as well as some parts of suburban Detroit)

On the east coast, I'd say the suburbs west of NYC (Hunterdon County, Morris County)
On the west coast, I'd say the suburbs north of San Francisco (Marin County)

The worst anywhere that I've seen is Chester / Marcus Hook PA. Like Camden but with the added bonus of oil refineries.
