Agree. Orcas is one of the tall San Juans. In fact Mt. Constitution on Orcas is the 2nd highest elevation on an island in the lower 48.
Have taken many pictures from the stone tower at the top. Some of them can be found in the Washington State Picture Thread in the Washington forum. Couldn't tell you which page anymore though.

Read the OP, most of these are connected by bridge. There is a huge difference in feeling and atmosphere to islands that are only accessable by boat or plane.

And, no they aren't... there are tons (thousands) of keys and islands in Florida you can't get to by a bridge.
There are actually islands all around Florida not just South Florida you can't get to by a bridge.
Dog Island is a nice one some people go to in the Panhandle http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dog_Island_(Florida)
Also plenty around Tampa/St. Pete Venice and other secluded ones down the Atlantic Coast
