I'll be a little more broad, in no particular order:
California coast
Colorado front range (gets cold/snowy, but lots of variety and the winter temps aren't too bad)
Carolina/Virginia Piedmont and mountain regions
Pacific NW (Washington, Oregon)
Miami/FL Keys
I would say coastal california and most of the southeastern states. Arizona outside of the summers as well. I personally like seattle and northern california and some of the pacific northwest just for cooler non humid temperatures and its not sunny all the time, but alot of people might not say that. I actually enjoy rain and cooler temperatures at times, not cold, and the lack of rain in san diego and southern california wouldnt be my favorite but it is hard to argue with california being the the best state by far. I cant pick five but would put most of california and I love rain and like the afternoon storms and rain in florida and the carolinas and georgias coasts.
I'll be fair and admit that Florida has some brutal Summers.
Yes, but Southern California has some cold, damp winters. 60s/40s non-stop for days, even into March when the rest of the USA is beginning to warm up? So, it's give or take to be fair. You'll sweat more in the summer but have a more pleasant winter compared to someone in, say, San Diego.
Now Hawaii, that's truly a perfect climate. Too bad it's so isolated.
Florida summers are way more uncomfortable than a SoCal winter....
Not to me, I rather be warm (even if it comes with some sweat, I can at least head to the beach) then cold every day and especially every night. While 60s during the day isn't terrible, especially with sun, watch out when that sun sets and temperatures plummet into the 40s.
