good for Tokyo?

But what does that have to do with Philly taking a good look at out backside, cause that is all y'all gonna see.

NE posters are so sour they come up with every little thing to make themselves feel better.

You think I am crying that we don't have a subway? no. Would it be nice, probably.

Sorry Paul, a subway means more to you than it does to us. You flaunting a city in another country does nothing to us.
Let Tokyo do Tokyo and worry about Philly.

The ATL Poster who brought up Tokyo in the first place should do the same and worry about his own city.

If that stat makes you feel better enjoy. I will keep enjoying the world class amentities offered here and the urbanity it offers. Maybe one day Houston will offer this maybe it wont; dunno

And I am pretty sure no one here is looking at Houstons backside; unless you consider that backside population 30, 40, 50 miles away from Houston. In that case I am very confident looking at places within those distances here are vastly more interesting at least to me personally. Maybe another subdivision or 4 story apartment complex with ample parking is interesting to you, not to me. Enjoy

keep grasping at straws, but philly's only hope is that they are like a little dog in NY's backyard and NY keeps throwing them bones.

Cities like Houston, DFW, ATL are the cities of the future. And we do it without big mama NY sending us bones. You must be happy NY stopped you from declining into oblivion

look at those Southern metros pass you up. DFW first, then Houston. DC will be in a few years, then ATL after that, then Miami. Oh but you will have your subway. Thank God for that.

The South finally claims DC and Miami when it's to their advantage?

Yep, room to grow. 30 parking spaces per car in Houston

Well those two also far outpaced organic econimic growth when compared to Atlanta, Houston, and DFW makes sense when it is to their benefit

Regardless if one wants to celebrate this as something special, have at it (Carrabas and Jiffy Lube etc.)

Houston, TX - Google Maps
