By the Richmond-Boston corridor I mean the following areas:
Richmond
Washington DC
Baltimore
Delmarva
Philadelphia
New Jersey
New York City and Long Island
New England except Vermont, Western MA, NH and ME
The two main populated regions in the eastern seaboard (GA, NC, SC preferred to have its "megalopolis" well inland, so it does not count) and you could consider also VA Beach-Cape Hatteras-Myrtle Beach-Charleston corridor but it is negligible compared to peninsular FL or the Bos-Wash (let's count Richmond) areas.
