Nope, West Springfield, MA borders 5 other states, Maine, New Hamshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont. On the Big E fair grounds each state has a model of it's statehouse of each New England state and each statehouse is territory of there respective states

Then what you're really saying is that there are parts of five states located WITHIN West Springfield. That's not the same as a city bordering other states, but it's interesting nevertheless.

IT's similar to national embassies. Only on the state level.

One of the neighborhoods of the City of St. Louis is called the O'Fallon neighborhood. It sits southwest of O'Fallon Park. Northwest of St. Louis is the suburb of O'Fallon, which is the most populated St. Louis suburb. East of St. Louis is the suburb of O'Fallon. This O'Fallon is the third most populated suburb of the Metro East. Since they are situated far apart geographically, the three O'Fallons are rarely confused for one another. They are all connected by interstate highways.

Washington's Olympic Peninsula is entirely surrounded by water. It is surrounded by salt water on three sides (Pacific Ocean, Strait of Juan De Fuca, Puget Sound, Grays Harbor). From the mouth of the Chehalis River in Grays Harbor to the southern end of Puget Sound, it is surrounded by fresh water (Chehalis River, Black River, Black Lake, and Percival Creek). The waters from Black Lake near Olympia drain out of both the north and south ends of the lake. The water flowing north feeds Percival Creek and journeys a few short miles to Puget Sound in downtown Olympia. The waters flowing south create the Black River, which flows south towards the Chehalis River, and then west to the Pacific Ocean.

The above sign is located at the north outlet of Black Lake.

Default Geographical entities that are shaped similarly

Here is one that I was not alerted to on a conscious level until I read Ken Jennings "Maphead". I present to you Wisconsin and Tanzania:
