a variety of products were/are produced by the company...representing a broad array of southern foodstuffs...i'm almost certain there were canned products and probably frozen bbq steaks and related sauces. probably bagged or canned collard greens as well.

In the ad, the CEO was old, i think he kinda looked like JR Ewing. And they showed footage of southern families gathering around the BBQ and having picnics. I think there were several little blonde girls in the commercial

no its none of these....it seemed to be a general purpose food corp like con-agra or kraft...is there like a southern-fried equivalent to kraft?

Allen's is the only thing I can think of. They do a lot of canned greens and field peas, etc.

Bush beans, Duke's mayo, Mrs. Fearnow's Brunswick stew, Allen's greens, and Sauer's are Southern brands just to mention a few I enjoy.
