Reading all these posts, I feel an Animaniacs song coming on. Just put all the "Villes" together and set them to music, probably something catchy like "Turkey in the Straw" or "La cucaracha". Sometimes I miss that show.
I currently live in Oakville, MO, an unincorporated suburb of St. Louis. It's bland suburbia at its best!
There's also Ellisville and Wentzville as St. Louis suburbs. About 100 miles south of St. Louis on I-55 is Perryville, MO. I can't believe I missed Oakville, especially given I've lived in St. Louis over 20 years and been down I-55 many times. Wow There's also Clarkville or Clarkesville or some town with that name about an hour north of St. Louis or so.
