Ithaca. no matter who you are or what your into, there is guaranteed to be some show, fair, store, etc.. that appeals to you.

Skaneateles - village downtown reminiscent of the victorian age. Expensive place to visit but a lot to offer.

Probably towns around Lake of the Ozarks I'd say.

I disagree, I think it is Portsmouth. If you like Juggalos, that is.

Under 20 thousand. I'm thinking of the cool touristy places, like Park City UT, or Aspen CO. But I will consider bigger cities, each state is different so I don't really care too much about the size, I'm just trying to avoid the Boston, Seattle, New York City (ect...) posts because I already know those cities are fun. I like the out of the way cool places that have their own charms to offer.

For winter sports and bars you'd go to Gatlinburg. Not world class by 20 something party animal standards but the rest of america flocks there in droves.
I've heard about Gatlinburg. It sounds pretty fun to me! Another place to put on my list of possibles! Thanks!

I'd say Lake Harmony, PA.
You can visit the indoor water park at Split Rock. At night go to Nicks Lake House or Shinanigans for sure. Great night life there. Rent a boat and go out on the lake. From there you can visit the Camel Back Water Park. In the winter it is for skiing and in the summer it is a great water park.
Rent a home on the lake, chill and have a good time too.
