Ok so i have lived in cali all my life n hate it, for those who dont know me i ve had to live in diverse land all my life and just dont living here or around it. When i get my college degree my girlfriend and I are planning to move outta California and somewhere with neighborhoods of a white population of 90% or more.

Im also a redneck and a backwoods how you would call it and if they have towns or cities like that that would be great

My preferences is small town or suburbs
White population: 90% or up
Black Population: 3% or low
Hispanic Population: 3% low
Asian Population 1% or low

I might sound racist but i need you guiys to bear with me and understand im one of those guys that cant stand diversity knowing i have to live around it for all my life 18 years

So can some of you guys name some cities with a the preferences i have up? thank you so much you guys and you guys are such great help

Even the whitest major American cities have a White population around 70-60 percent of the population. Don't expect to find a huge city.

Ill start out by suggesting Boise Idaho. Beautiful city, 90 percent white. hispanic population is about 5 percent but the black population is around 1 percent.

Good luck in your search. People should be able to live in the surrounding they want no matter how dubious the reasoning.

I do suggest learning to write properly before leaving college, though. It will help you get a job and smooth the transition.

Carmel/Fishers in Indianapolis would be a perfect fit for you.
Indianapolis too especially on the north side
Indianapolis at most is 25% black although it varies by neighborhood and the metro area is majority white.
Heck Indiana as a state is over 90% white
Indianapolis also has the nations most affordable housing market which is a plus for college students looking to get a nice affordable home at a low price.
Plus were only a 3 hour drive away from Chicago.

Once upon a time, both Portland and Seattle tipped over 90% white. Now, Portland's light rail system, which goes into the airport, is bilingual. (As if the Mexican population can't figure out whether the doors will open on the left or the right, and need to be told that). This is no longer the case.

I'd say Boise is correct. I looks pretty Ozzie and Harriet. It is the second most Mormon state and is Sarah Palin's birthplace, so consider that in a decision to live there. But their Panhandle is kind of scenic.
