Summer: I want to walk outside and immediately feel the heat rush. A high of 95-100 and lows in the upper 70's at night is perfect. I want to be able to go on my long distance runs and come home with a soaking wet shirt. I also like some humidity with my heat, but not overwhelming like Southeast Asia.

Any guesses?
Me too.

Winter- mild and cool, no winter precip, a little rain, what would be considered boring to some people.
Spring- an extension of winter
Summer- bright sunny days with low humidity (not no humidity), seldom ever above 80-84 F.
cool nights in the high 50's lower 60's range.
Fall- an extension of summer but with slightly milder days and nights.

I enjoy weather I don't have to deal with. Not fond of Tstms, tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, heavy snow. The same old boring weather is good enough for me.

San Francisco/Oakland.

Ok. I'll play.
Please name my city(ies)

Summer Temps: No warmer than 82 degrees. Average mid to upper 70s and lows mid to upper 50s. At least 3 months of this required with no maximum duration.
Winter Temps: I'm fine with a few overnight low temps as low as 1 degree above zero. Average high 45-55. Average low 35-45. Short winters only 3 months tops.
Snow: I'd like 10-20" inches of snow each year, please
Rain: I'd like to have 1 inch of rain per week. Falling reliably throughout the year.
T-storms: Rare
Tornados: Never
Hurricanes: Uh, No.
Humidity: RH should be no more than 55% (on sunny days) and not less than 25%
Wind: I'm not a big wind guy.
Sun: I would like no more than 165 sunny days a year and no less than 150 sunny days a year.
Ice storms: Never
Unicorns: A must

I believe the answer would be on the planet of Risa, only 90 light years from Earth. Though I do not if they have unicorns.

Winter- average temperature 0-20F with 100-150 inches of snowfall. 4-8 inches liquid equivalent.
Spring- average temperature 30-60F with 10-20 inches of snowfall. 4-8 inches of rainfall.
Summer- average temperature 60-80F with 8-12 inches of rainfall.
Fall- average temperature 30-60F with 5-10 inches of snowfall. 4-8 inches of rainfall.
Latitude preference: 43-46N
Cloud cover: 35-50% cloudy/precip, 50% partly cloudy, clear.
Vegeation: Mixed Forest, Northwoods
Water: Lakes Around
Basically, similar to where I live now, but cooler temperatures overall and more snowfall. I'm thinking somwhere in far northern interior Michigan will come closest to what I'm looking for.

Mild summers and cold, very snowy winters. Beautiful springs and falls. City should be at least 3 million people in the metro area. Temperatures should never exceed the mid 80s in the summer and winter should have consistent snow-cover.

I tried to find something similar to what you're looking for, but the at least 3 million population really limited the choices. There are many bigger cities (think 500,000+ people) with the weather you're looking for... but the only cities over 3 million I could find are NY, LA, and Chi-town (almost).

Here's what I'm looking for:

Population: between 15,000- 100,000 people
Summer: LOW HUMIDITY (up to 40%), it can't get over the 80's in the summer,
Spring/Fall: I don't mind the rain as long as there's some sunshine
Winter: I don't mind snow and cold temps (I like to see the seasons change)
Terrain: I prefer mountains or hills to flat farmland
Low risk of tornadoes, hurricanes, fires, floods, and earthquakes
Animals: there shouldn't be a real risk of deadly snakes, spiders, or scorpions
Low crime

Any ideas???
