That's queens not manhattan... Queens tends to be a more suburban than manhattan. I'd be interested in a street view of actual Manhattan.

2nd one is in Manhattan. Dunno if you'd count it:

Manhattan (building is urban but rather atypical for the neighborhood, rest is all landscaped park):

Actually that building really isn't urban at all.

More Manhattan:

all park views along the Hudson but as close as you're going to get. Urban but cutsey:

this alley if you ignore the rest of the view?

Not really anything I could find.

This is in Central Park. Does that count?

This is along the Hudson River (somebody else posted one a mile or so further up).

I've always liked driving on that Parkway. Here's another NYC one:

The fences give a hint that the area's unusual for the type of house. Here's what was there 30 years ago:

Go straight to the northern tip (in Marble Hill) of Manhattan if you're searching for something that could be called even remotely "suburban".

https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Marbl...&cbp=12,0,,0,0

Technically, that neighborhood is part of Manhattan, but I'm told that it's informally considered part of the Bronx. It's by far one of my favorite neighborhoods in the entire city. You've got to love all of the trees and hills.

How is that possible?
