I've seen "washateria" before, and I've only blown through Houston, so it must have been somewhere else. I have never been to Louisiana.

I've been vegan for 5+ years, but when I was a little kid back in Queens I LOOOOVED those things!!!!!!!!
Then a while before I went vegan I discovered the frozen ones!!!! Not the same of course, but MAN!!!!!!!!
Nothing beats a White Castle!!!!!!! (But I never heard any weird termonology until down in FL where they have some other variety & some weird slang for them that I don't remember - heard it from my mom in Boca. Any SOFL people know what I'm talking about? Something to do with a red wagon???)
