NYC hands down, especially the Fifth Avenue strip from 50th Street on up to 57th Street. It's a great place to go Holiday shopping with nearby Rockefeller Center and all of the department store window displays.

I'm not really a big fan of NYC at all and but honestly if I had a big pile of money to drop and find anything my heart desires then NYC is infinitely better than any city in North America.
One of my favorite cities for shopping is downtown Seattle. From the department stores, and good sized flagship stores, and collection of several small businesses from bookstores to artisan food outlets around Pike market all in an easy walkable environment.
For now if ABQ doesn't have it, I go up to Denver which from my point of view has pretty much everything.
Dallas has a ton of retail stuff. I'm sure it's a shoppers paradise. Drove by The Galleria Mall and it was huge from the outside and I heard there are many others. I saw a ton of restaurants too. In the small suburb of Addison it was literally one after the other for blocks upon blocks. Not shopping, but restaurants and shopping tend to go hand in hand and I noticed that in DFW.
