What are some good U.S cities with good employment opportunities (financial/banking/accounting) and with good mild weathers. Cities with mild weathers that dont drive up AC or Heater expenses and where i wont have to buy clothes for every season. Basically a balance climate without too many extremes of rain, snow, heat, humid etc.
I enjoy the warm mild climate of southern california, but it lacks good employment opportunities and is expensive imo
I think Charlotte, NC fits the criteria. The weather is pretty mild year round. Summers arent too hot and it doesn't really snow there(maybe flurries). The job market is growing there from what I hear.

Charlotte's unemployment rate is still near 10%. I think the latest month is 9.7%. Raleigh's job market is better but it's not a banking type economy. NC's Summers can be pretty hot but they aren't nearly as long or as humid as those along the Gulf Coast or SE Florida.

You might check out options such as smaller/mid-sized cities with a major university attached, which tend to attract high-tech and other industries as well as feature unemployment rates/cost-of-living well below most of the bigger cities. I'd recommend:
