Can you tell I like smaller/mid sized cities near the mountains?

Chattanooga was going to come in at #5 but I like do like Charleston a lot.

Well that's my point - I like Charleston enough to put it on the list even though it's not near the mountains. I'd probably need a mountain getaway for the summer.
