Indy is actually all 3. Center township is urban with all of the same ills of an urban area. It can also get rural in areas like camby and acton and suburban in feel in the outer townships esp. closer to the borders. Many outsiders never get deep into center township as most residents won't dare step foot in it outside of towntown.
