Duluth is like that, too. The city is built on a hill sloping down to Lake Superior. Even the most humble neighborhoods have the same killer lake views that the swells on the East side have. Very egalitarian!

You're joking about Toledo, of course.
Toledo is more about Michigan , than Ohio. The two states have fought over Toledo many times. Not sure why MI. wanted it however.......( Some local History buffs will know )........
